Development of actor’s physical apparatus: basics of mime, diction development.
Theatre games & short improvisations. Actor’s positions.The stage and its rules.
End-of-the-year concert of singing, dance numbers, short drama and pantomime improvisations.

Speech: logical pause, logical stress, intonation and pitch-volume control.
Creating a character. Keys to characterization. Image improvisations. Monologues and dialogues. Poetry reading, long monologues dialogues. Participation in performances (supportive roles).

Speech: accents and dialect, manners of speaking.
Structure and types of drama. Musical theatre. Creating a role (super-objective, character’s journey, costume and makeup). Script scoring. Mixed scenes. Role/performance evaluation. Participation in performances (leading roles).
