Entry to M.E.S.S. is by audition only. All applicants must be 12-25 years old. Performing experience is welcome but not essential. Applicants whose level of English is below intermediate can only be assigned to the Preparatory Course. Native speakers can be assigned to the 1st or 2nd year depending on their acting abilities and stage experience. Professional actors can be assigned to the 4th year (‘Maestros’).

Auditions take place each September. Applicants will need to prepare: a poem and a song in English. You may aslo be asked to demonstrate your dancing skills. All auditions are held in English.
